[IRCA] No TA's try Tahiti

Hello,

 

With the absence of Norway 1314 kHz this evening, it's time to go out in the swamp and aim the EWE towards the Southwest.  Tahiti is the target, have only heard once on 738 kHz.  That was very briefly with weak audio.  Need Hawaii, not heard at all here.  Was common in the SF bay area.  With the A index around 14 maybe I have a shot?
