[IRCA] 1566Khz at 1600UTC Jan11

This morning I noted a wildly varying carrier
on 1566 (assume Korea) with an erratic Auroral
fade pattern that took it from a 3-4 (out of 10)
to complete inaudibility within 5s or so.

Lower down the dial there were the
usual suspects with much more stable
signals...

How odd,
