[IRCA] 1314 audio

Around 0350 had several minutes of quite readable audio here, rhythmic
vocal mx (almost like Kiribati, hi), but fading under the splash now. For
a couple of minutes, had its own S-meter reading.
Nothing else even remotely this strong. Used Don Moman's Spectran
technique to eliminate several "wishful thinking" carriers (my ears
ringing?), leaving just 1215 with any strength to speak of, followed by
1575. Really faint ones on 801, 864, 945, 1188 and 1197 as well.
best wishes,
Nick
