[IRCA] Wobbler strong on 680kHz

The chilly weather here in the subtropics seems to have invigorated the 
Wobbler to a hearty appearance.

Strong on 680kHz, R.Progreso, Ciego de Avila (per WRTH and FL DXers), Cuba.

Wobbling away atop a muddle of stations on the channel, the performance has 
been ongoing for several hours.
