KARR was still off this evening.  Their pattern is/was quite tight with almost no signal to the south.  At night, they're inaudible when you're more than a few miles south of downtown Seattle.

KKDZ-1250 is on and seems stronger than usual as if it were unable to  
go on night pattern. By agreement with KWSU, KKDZ goes back on 5kw  
non-D at midnight local time; it seems that loud now (it is usually  
scroungy at night). KKAR is barely here days and is never audible  
here at night so I can't tell about that one.
