They don't exist, contrary to what the FCC believes. I sent a bunch of info on them to FCC in hopes that the frequency may be freed up for someone who really wants to operate a radio station. Of course, I also mentioned KRXR (5KW vs. 29W) and KYNO (howling destroys 1300 KHz). It is probably useless.
