[IRCA] Weak audio on 1314 kHz TA

Hello Nick,

 

Been listening to 1314 kHz for about 2 hours and now just getting some audio.

Weak, but can hear some music  0455-0459 UTC.  Just above the noise level, faded at TOH.  Nothing else noted on other TA frequencies.  Good luck
