[IRCA] Another IBOC?

I haven't fired up the JVC, but it appears that the 1090 in Boston has
turned on IBOC.  WTIC-1080 in Hartford is no longer audible here days.  WTIC
puts about a .5mv/m signal into Providence.  I think that is a protected
contour for a clear channel station.

I'll put the JVC back in the truck later and see what all this noise is
about..
