Re: [IRCA] WJOX and WAPI test skeds (repost)

The first test runs at 12:59AM Central (CST) just before
1AM.

It is possible that the test will run at additional
times, Frank was going to try to add it to
the schedule as much as possible, but could
only guarantee the two times noted in our
test announcement.

So far, WAPI 1070 seems to be heard more
than WJOX on 690.
