[IRCA] Audio on 1314 kHz

Hello,

 

At 0605 audio of female talking on 1314 kHz.  Weak signal, heard earlier this evening at 0300 UTC, faded out.   Much QRM, even with selectivity set a 2 kHz.

I checked the other frequencies heard in October, 1206, 1215, and 1323 kHz and zero.
