This morning on the car radio I had a talk station on 1490. I heard two pretty clear IDs that both sounded like "AM 14-90, KLVO". The "V" could have been a "B", and the "O" could have been just about any letter that begins with a vowel sound - M, N, etc. as opposed to B, C, D, etc. They were airing a Rush Limbaugh morning update (1-minute snippet from previous day's show) at about 6:25am Pacific time. On the local weather, they mentioned that it was 34 degrees and the time check sounded like Pacific time.

The only remotely close match I can find is KBKR Baker OR which would be simulcasting KLBM-1450. Unfortunately they don't have a web site as far as I can see, so I can't tell if the programming would even match. 34 degrees at 6:25am this morning could be a match for La Grande, but Baker would be colder than that (per weather.com).

Any ideas?

KZZZ Bullhead City, AZ and KYCA Prescott, AZ were in around the same time. Usually on this channel, KBKO is on top, with KZZZ in second place and KWAC in third place...

Unfortunately, no audio clip to share since I was in the car and didn't have my digital recorder with me.
