[IRCA] DX Test Question

Did anyone get a verification from 10/23/04 dx test from WRCG-1420 in
Columbus, GA. i did not and wish i had my stamp back. but then, ive had
some arrive 2 or 3 years later. Les, how about a short article of
explanation regarding the "new" dx test. given something on paper they
can read, i might again be able to get a couple going. just a thought..i
hope all you DXers out there and their families have a merry christmas,
kwanza, hannakh. etc. RCW, louisville, KY
