[IRCA] VS: Help with UNID SS on 740

The identification goes ".. ustedes escuchando XERFR AM 970 kilohertz 50,000 watts de potencia ..". Radio Formula seems to be relayed by XEQN Torreón, CO and XECAQ Cancún QR and . I don't hear any local id. Anyway, nice catch!

Hello IRCA'ers

I noted a SS station this morning at 0300eston 740. Format seems talk/information. I think there is a call letter ID but does not sound like WAIC PR. Can any of our SS speakers tell me what the guy is saying on the audio clip? Thanks for any guidance or help.
