[IRCA] DX Tip for WDXR

820    KUTR     UT, Taylorville, finally got a decent log on this with
less KGNW/KORC QRM, with the MFJ 1026 phaser, heard with news on SLC and
area at 0950 EST and mention of "KUTR AM 820", then at 0959.50 "AM 820,
KUTR, Taylorville, Provo, Salt Lake City" ID into ABC News.  New for me.
