Re: [IRCA] WNTP-990 and WFIL-560 DX tests

I was up in Lamont, Alberta DXing with Don Moman and Mickey Delmage over 
the weekend, and up there the WNTP test made it through a very strong 
CBW with bits and pieces of code and plenty of sweep tones.  It came 
through during both halves of the test.   Not great reception, but more 
than I expected, given how strong CBW was.  On 560 I heard one partial 
set of sweep tones during the second half of the test and that was it.   
One bonus was that I also logged WIND, which I'd never heard before.
