[IRCA] WKXW 1450 Atlantic City (and what happened to WILM?)

Dec 12, 1207 EST, WKXW 1450 in Atlantic City NJ with ESPN Radio.  I mention this one because they are now dominating 1450 here in Central Delaware where WILM in Wilmington used to be the big dog on this frequency.  WKXW is listed at 1 kw but why so strong these days- and why is WILM so puny?  Change in patterns or something?  Ever since Clear Channel bought WILM, they seem to be on the decline in more ways than one, imo.
