[IRCA] Is WADO 1280 running IBOC?

It sounds like WADO 1280 is running IBOC.  Can someone in the New 
York City Area confirm and keep their eye (ear) on this? 1270 and 
1290 was wiped out with IBOC hash here this morning, but much of it 
could be nulled in certain configurations.
