[IRCA] WFLI/WNTP DX Test

	Both heard here at poor to fair level with sweep tones; haven't IDd 
the 990 QRM, but spots for Athens and Knoxville - Tennessee? 560...a mess.

	Does not bode well for the 0030-0100 segment at low power.
