Unless there is someone else in Spanish that I am completely unaware of in California/Nevada, KOBO is on the air. I hear them every morning around sunrise. That's the only time I can get them through KEST. You're right about KJAY...they were virtually non-existent even around Lodi with the volume cranked up. I had to go that far north to get beyond the KSTN/1420 splatter.
