I have not heard this station on the air since 1990, and even asked someone at FCC how they could keep a license when they haven't been on the air since King George I was in power.  Granted...I am more than 40 miles from their transmitter, but KYOS has always been unobstructed in the daytime.  KABN SHOULD be above KYOS if and when they were ever on the air.
