[IRCA] "Grapevine" Reminder

Hi everyone, this is just a quick reminder that Saturday the 10th is the
deadline for contributions for the next edition of "Hearing It Through
The Grapevine.'

This edition's targets are 1480 kHz (ye olde graveyard) and the State of
Tennessee.
