A little bit in Victoria, BC, Canada's banana belt, but melting now. More
importantly, at 0625UT, a carrier on 774, as well as the more obvious
Pacific Islands ones of 738, 846, 1017 and 1098. Getting a bearing was
difficult, but 774 seemed more Pacific Islands too. Given that there are
no other Japanese signs yet, the sun has just set in Suva, and Asiatic
conditions have been poor, I'd vote for Fiji, but not 100% certain.

best wishes,

Nick
