That CW ID for WION's FM Translator helped bag a Verie
from WION a few years back. Have not tried for them
lately so not sure if they still ID that way.

Hi,
While reviewing SDR files from 12/20/18 0700, I uncovered
a good TOH ID
from WESR in Olney, VA, 1330 kHz. What made the logging
interesting
was the moderate speed cw (Morse code) id that followed of
its FM
translator W289CE. If this is their normal method of ID,
should make for
a relatively easy logging. That cw really cuts through.
