[IRCA] TP 28 Dec Victoria version.
Pretty poor conditions. Even the Iran jammer was missing (never thought I'd regard that as a propagation indicator...). One oddball though, 567 4JK.
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least briefly):
not today
Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a native speaker, though often battling with splash or noise):
indeed not
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be understood by a native speaker:
612 4QR man and woman talking DU English 1528UT
837 man in Chinese, briefly heard 1543UT
972 HLCA man Korean 1528UT
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music)
567 4JK man and woman talking //612 1525UT
594 man and woman talking, Japanese intonation 1536UT
774 man talking Japanese intonation
945 female vocal after male mumbling; Chinese? 1609UT
1575 woman talking, SE Asian intonation 1535UT
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter)
621 639 702 747 756 828 891 918 1323 1566 seemed to be Asian;
675 738 1017 1098 seemed to be DU
best wishes,
Nick
