At 0026, 1026 was definitely Iran, music // tabriz.irib.ir 
stream.  Quite readable, if Farsi is in one's list of lightly learned 
languages, as there was a man talking slowly a moment before with 
long syllables.

936 had me scratching my head, sounded vaguely Spanish.  702 hasn't 
quite made it yet.
