Re: [IRCA] [nrc-am] Perseus and Jaguar?

HelloI agree with the comment:ÂÂI always felt like I was DXing through a microscope. The display means you only check sections of the recording. The new CUSTOM FREQS facility enable you to save the frequency setting you found best. The detailed frequency read out means you can discount or not stations before any audio peaks. True JAGUAR has a multiplicity of settings but to keep things simple I only use the ones that work for me. I paid around $50 for JAGUAR PRO and worth every Cent.

Best wishes

While DXing in PEI, I was re-introduced to SDR Console. For reviewing
files, I found it superior (simpler to use and easier to go forward/back,
and to proceed from wav to wav files) compared to the native Perseus
program. No comment re audio recovery. Couldn't tell any difference
there....Walt
