Tim,

Keep in mind that the last audio of this station that you posted clarified that it was located in Central time as they mentioned it was 9pm, whereas the time you recorded it was 10pm here in Eastern. At that time, their forecast was about 20+ degrees colder than that of North Carolina. The weather at that time in the recording pointed more toward Illinois and areas nearby.

I
even caught a partial phone number that was given out last night with a
non-geographic 500 area code.  Another tentative mention of "Rockingham"
was heard.  There's a Rockingham County in Virginia which seemed to match
up with the weather forecast they gave last night, for what it's worth.  My
gut tells me this isn't from Rockingham, NC.
