693 was logged in Victoria, BC during our recent TA opening, Bob, 
identified with its parallel of 909kHz, if that is available to you.

909 might be your best bet for identification.  I have tried to check 
their stream, and I think it might be limited to people in the UK, or 
to computers that appear to be in the UK, and in addition, it seems 
that BBC wants you to register as a user.   It might be more trouble 
than it is worth.

Have you tried a nearby SDR from KiwiSDR (https://sdr.hu/ )?
