[IRCA] Random thoughts - Nov 4

As the U.S. mid terms approach on the 6th of the month, I wish for all our American friends a peaceful and satisfying process. 

As wacky and upside down as the American experiment in democracy feels sometimes, itâs still the envy of 90+% of the Planet. Stay strong. 

As the winter âcalmâ approaches, and we spend maybe a few minutes less at the radio dial (fat chance lately...) and a few more moments of reflection thinking about what 2019 might bring - Iâm reflecting on what kind of contribution I might make next year. This is where I call upon the readers of the IRCA reflector: my strengths are working with my hands, taking ideas and concepts and turning them into functional objects. 

If thereâs anyone that feels like: âHey, Iâd like to have that in the shack... a gadget... a switch... a pre-amp... audio processor... anything. â shout it out off list. 

Iâm reminded of cooking up quite a few YouTube videos this season. Not much of a following and they do need work in the production department. I remembered today that on one of them Iâve offered a âfreeâ Phaser in a Christmas give away - all the reader needed to do was place a follow up comment... like âput me down for one!â In the comment field. So far, no entries!
