639-CNR1 was a non-performer here as well, which was very strange considering the potent Chinese on 603 and 657. Maybe it has transmitter issues? As for 963-CRI, this was its signal here around 1418 in Russian (with minor splatter) https://dreamcrafts.box.com/s/yolids3oux2qb8v9p93bzhqz71smdt5c
