[IRCA] TP 27 Sep Victoria version.

Pretty much more of the same, some Chinese, some DU, big Korean and Japanese guns not as big as they have been, and of course, bound to have missed some things. I've also observed many stations peaking at nearly the same time as previous days.

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least briefly):

594 JOAK man in Japanese 1403UT talking about typhoon expected on Saturday on Okinawa

747 JOIB sudden fade up, Chinese lessons 1338UT

774 JOUB man in Portuguese? 1347UT, not as strong today generally

828 JOBB Chinese lessons 1330UT

972 HLCA man and woman in Korean into pop music 1330UT

Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

567 JOIK woman in Japanese //594 1344UT

612 4QR "good evening, welcome to Night Life" by man 1356UT

693 JOAB Chinese lessons 1333UT

702 2BL man talking DU English //612 1400-03UT

963 CRI almost martial choral vocal //1323 1334UT

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be understood by a native speaker:

558 HLQH ballad //603 1346UT

603 HLSA woman in Korean //558 1331UT

612 JOLK woman talking //594 during a quiet period from 4QR

711 HLKA likely, man in Korean, no parallels 1337UT

837 man in Chinese 1349UT

918 unID woman in Chinese not //FM95 on Shandong web stream 1352UT. No pips on hour on stream, even accounting for delay, but 5 and one pips weakly on this one.

945 CNR1 woman in Chinese //639 1347UT, but there was another station there, weaker, but Chinese also?

981 CNR1 man in Chinese 1343UT //1098

1206 Yanbian woman in Korean 1332UT

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music)

639 CNR1 man talking //945 1330UT

657 woman operatic singing 1340UT, N. Korea?

666 JOBK woman talking //594 1339UT

702 NHK2 man and woman //774 1333UT

738 Taiwan Fisheries ballad //1143 1357UT

774 3LO woman talking //6121347UT

819 orchestral music, likely N. Korea? 1340UT

864 man talking, possibly Korean  1344UT;

891 JOHK woman talking //594 1359UT

936 man mumbling, possibly Chinese 1351UT

1008 man talking slowly, deep voice, maybe Chinese? 1331UT, then violin music

1098 CNR1 man talking //981 1341UT

1143 Taiwan Fisheries ballad //738 1357UT

1179 musical interlude, then man talking Chinese intonation 1330UT

1287 man talking, Japanese intonation 1345UT

1323 CRI orchestral music //963 1355UT

1593 CNR1 woman and man //945 1349UT

Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter)

 621 801 855 909 1017 1035 1089 1107 1215 1242 1251 1494 seemed to be Asian;
not much else seemed to be DU

best wishes,

Nick
