[IRCA] TP 25 Sep Victoria version.
A more relaxing morning today. Although there were plenty of strong signals, there didn't seem quite the deluge that has been the case recently, even around 1340UT, and somewhat less evidence of Chinese signals.
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least briefly):
567 JOIK woman talking //594 1333UT
594 JOAK man in Japanese 1331UT
612 4QR weather for Brisbane 1405UT
747 JOIB woman in Japanese 1345UT
774 JOUB woman in Japanese 1345UT
828 JOBB Chinese lessons 1317UT
972 HLCA woman in Korean 1341UT
1566 HLAZ woman in Japanese peaking at 1338UT, but generally not much of a contender today
Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

1242 JOLF woman in Japanese 1337UT, better on north Flag
1287 JOHR woman and man in Japanese 1355UT
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be understood by a native speaker:

585 JOPG woman talking //594 1338UT

1566 HLAZ man in Chinese 1351UT, followed by choral music
1575 woman talking, SE Asian language, better on north Flag 1347UT
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music)
531 JOQG man talking //594 1337UT
603 NHK1 woman talking //594 1333UT, soon taken back over by HLSA

1503 JOUK man talking //594 1335UT
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter)
