[IRCA] JOUB 774 kHz Heard with RS DX 440

JOUB 774 kHz Japan heard on my Radio Shack DX-440 barefoot.  0954 UTC with fair signal.  Broadcast was Japanese/English lessons.  If you have not heard Japan, you might hear them this morning.  Good Luck.
