Hard for me to say honestly.

I could rarely, if ever, hear 1323 CRI Russian from Seoul because 1323 CRI Korean was one of the strongest locals on the dial. It was as strong or stronger than my local 603 just 19 miles away, stronger than my local 1500kw 1080 Haeju, and 972. I could sometimes hear the Russian service far in back on a few nights when the Korean signal had a few moments of silence between programs or whatever. I know that the only DXers who hear the Korean service, which is a moderate 600kw (the Russian service is quite weak - it's only 200kw and further north) are the ones in the south due to the signal being directional to the south, while everyone else hears the Russian signal. I'd be curious to know if anyone else has noticed any changes.

Chris (and Colin), I?ve always only heard CRI Russian on 1323 //963 during
our mornings here.  Has something changed?  73, Walt
