CBXQ 540 was my test for my NW EWEs and K9AY's. They were in 24/7 here. A few years ago I found I can get the FMs from that area at times too. 200 miles a water path for the most part.

I remember that rest area from a trip up the coast when I lived in Marin
Cty for much of a year. With a TRF I could null 540 KVIP and could tell
that I had the CBC LPRT in Ucluelet BC in the day! Groundwave across oceans
is legendary. 73 KAZ
