How about XEEP?  The station's website http://www.radioeducacion.edu.mx/ 
shows jazz scheduled between 23:00 11/24 and 1:30 a.m. their time on 
11/25.  They've got the actual songs and artists listed (Miles Davis, 
Peggy Lee, Chris barbour, Thelonius Monk, etc) in their schedule!
