According to info I cobbled together for the PAL, 1431 carries Shiokaze 
in Japanese & Korean 1430-1500, another clandestine in Korean 1500-1530, 
Adventist World Radio in Korean 1530-1630, BBC Korean 1630-1730, all 
with 500kw.

1566 sounds like the high powered Indian.
