Yes, those were the same 864 pips that I heard at 1400, Nick.

I had somewhat more noise here than you did, but I'll try to dig out a recording. Regardless, any time a DXer can receive something on 864 around Tacoma (WA) without any IBOC noise is a time for celebration!
