[IRCA] TP 9 Feb Victoria version

As mentioned, there was quite a confusing opening starting at 1520UT. Signals would fade up quickly to barely audible and then disappear again. So lots of carriers heard with traces of audio, but also several CNR1 signals dug out by aid of parallels

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least briefly):

972 HLCA two men in Korean 1535UT was better than anything earlier
1566 HLAZ man in Chinese 1530UT

Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

828 JOBB woman in Portuguese 1447UT; noted //774 earlier

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be understood by a native speaker:

774 JOUB woman in Portuguese 1442UT; //828 a moment earlier
1593 CNR1 man in Chinese //6125 1537UT

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music)

567 man talking, Japanese intonation 1526UT
612 man talking DU English intonation 1526UT
603 man talking, maybe Chinese? but also music; just a mess 1518UT
639 CNR1 man talking //6125 1527UT
945 CNR1 man talking //1593 1537UT
1314 woman talking, Japanese intonation 1517UT
1323 female vocal 1519UT followed by man and woman talking, couldn't really tell if was Russian as quite murky
1377 CNR1 man talking //639 1521UT

Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter) 558 594 747 864 891 918 936 1089 1107 1134 1143 1179 1188 1206 1242 1269 1278 1359 1386 1422 1431 1458 1494 1503 1557 1575 seemed to be Asian;
 846 891 1017 1098 seemed to be DU

best wishes,

Nick
