Just goes to show that there are no guarantees re noise.  I know you were
thrilled in the past with the same place, Colin.  Itâs a downer if you have
to physically get out of the building to DX.  I did this, however, in
Waikiki, with excellent results right in front of the Royal Hawaiian on the
