[IRCA] TP 19 Dec Victoria version
The signal strength monitor said that the Asians were jumping prior
to about 1300UT. Only problem is that there really wasn't much
leading up to sunrise.
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker,
at least briefly):
not today
Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
the above passing through
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
the above passing through
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music)
594 man and woman talking 1523UT, likely JOAK per intonation
747 JOIB pips and 1500UT and not much else.
774 likely JOUB with female singing 1456UT, no parallels
1566 woman talking, Chinese intonation 1542UT
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter)
567 603 972 1134 1242 1287 1323 1422 1593  seemed to be Asian;
 nothing seemed to be DU
best wishes,
Nick
