[IRCA] TP 12 Dec Victoria version

A big bounce back to one of the better mornings in awhile, though 
mostly in signal strength rather than a huge number of signals with 
audio.   Conditions were quite variable, so there could be rapid 
increases in strength over a short time.   Bound to have missed a few things.



pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, 
at least briefly):


747 JOIB man in Japanese 1507UT //828 etc.; s/off was 1600UT, music 
box heard at 1601UT and after.
828 JOBB man and woman in Japanese //747 1527UT
873 JOGB woman in Japanese //747  1457UT
972 HLCA man in Korean to another man who was mostly agreeing; 1555UT




Reasonable audio  at  times during the period (much of it 
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

774 JOUB lessons 1551UT




not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or 
noise could be understood by a native speaker:


837 JOQK jazz //594 which was very poor at time, 1521UT
945 CNR1 woman in Chinese briefly to this level 1505UT
1323 CRI woman in Russian1517UT
1566 HLAZ "Joy to the World" , woman and man in Chinese 
1606UT.   Didn't get to this level until this late, then mumbled on 
until 1645UT at least, not readable, just noticeable..



Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be 
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in 
talk or music)

567 JOIK man talking //594 1504UT
594 JOAK this was around quite a lot, but never very strong, noted 
//567 1504UT, but also as late at 1552UT
603 soft vocal music 1526UT
981 woman talking Chinese intonation?  1522UT
1287 man talking, Japanese intonation 1514UT




Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or 
ravaged by splatter)

558 819 846 855 864 891  918 954 1098 1134  1206  1242 1332 
1422  seemed to be Asian;
 1098 seemed to be DU
