could this be WSKW on night power with automation that has locked up? a
country song with 1 or 2 notes on repeat could sound, well.. weird. All the
reports are form the east coast and it seems the farther out west one goes
the worse the signal gets. We've ruled out WCCS and WYLL.. I've checked
the 2 1160s on NY online and its not them.
