Poor reception of TP signals this morning.

747 JOIB barely audible man and woman in English at 1203, poor at 1205, then fading away by 1208.  Not heard afterward.
774 JOUB barely audible talk at 1151, fading out at 1159, silent afterward.

The dismal DX season continues.
