Improved conditions this morning with many hets over the whole band at
decent levels. The top of hour chime cuts through splatter quite well
and can sometimes be heard with nothing else heard. The lower pitched
pips don't come through as well unless the signal is a little stronger.
Even a couple domestic even-frequency channels heard with pips and
chimes, first time for me. (Those channels have no local stations.)
Nothing for expanded band but a couple weak hets after 1300 utc.
