[IRCA] Paul Swearingen

Very sorry to learn of his passing. Had the pleasure of meeting him at last year`s KC con.

One of his tangible legacies is the AM Station Antenna Pattern Book, an NRC publication he prepared; I frequently refer to the seventh edition.
