[IRCA] TP 21 Sept Victoria version
There was a lot going on this morning, but it took some digging, and
there wasn't too much time today. Asians were reasonable up until
1300U|T or so, but the sunrise enhancement didn't affect them much,
and DUs weren't really too active either at sunrise. Normally I
listen just for sunrise enhancement, but today I checked earlier as
Asians were obviously better then.
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker,
at least briefly):

Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

1566 HLAZ man in Japanese 1250UT
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:

972 HLCA man in Korean 1209UT
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music)

828 3GI man talking //612 and lagging slightly at 1337UT
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter)
