[IRCA] TP 9 Sept Victoria version
Likely missed all sorts of things in that DU deluge that didn't let
up until after 1330UT
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker,
at least briefly):
558 Fiji island vocals 1325UT, stronger than 560 at this time
612 4QR woman talking //702 1331UT
Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
567 RNZ National woman talking //756 1245UT
585 7RN man talking //792 1323UT
594 3WV man sporting //774, no delay 1247UT
621 3RN two men //576 1307UT, also readable in LSB
702 pop music then faded down as man started talking , mention Magic?
then faded under 2BL //612
738 2NR woman talking //774 1309UT
774 as 594
891 5AN assumed with sports announcer //594, readable in LSB; 1301UT
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
576 2RN man talking //621 1307UT
603 Waatea soft music //765 1301UT
747 4QS woman and man talking //774 1321UT
792 $RN man talking //585 1323UT
828 3GI man talking //774 1313UT
1035 NZ likely, man DU English, no parallels 1336UT
1116 likely 4BC, DU man, folky vocal 1313UT
1503 man DU English 1335UT, Sport?
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music)
657 man talking DU English inflection 1301UT, no parallels, but likely Star
765 NZ //603 soft music 1301UT
837 RNZ National pop music //567 1251UT
846 2RN man talking //585 1254UT
855 4QO/4QB woman talking //774 1309UT
873 countryish music 1311UT
882 Star soft music 1257UT //963 much weaker
963 Star as 882
1386 vocal music, not Indian sounding 1316UT
1566 man talking, maybe Japanese? seemed echoey 1311UT
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary" audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter)
nothing else seemed to be Asian;
549 639 909 864 1098 1215 1251 1278 1512 1548 seemed to be DU
best wishes,
Nick
