Generally poor conditions this morning. Except for 1566 almost no hets
above about 1200 kHz. No expanded band hets at all today. No sunrise boost.
747 Japan 1236-1252 utc very poor/poor at times. 1300 TOH no pips heard.
774 Japan 1254-1258 utc very poor
972 S Korea 1300-1306 utc very poor/poor at times
1566 S Korea 1240-1315 utc very poor
