Conditions remained subdued this morning. I listened from 1302 to 1335. LSR is at 1332. Brief, weak audio was heard from JOUB, 774 with female speaking at 1302. Asian oriented hets were heard on 594, 693, 747, and 1566. Just as Dennis reported, 1566 seems significantly weaker than it has in recent years. No DU hets were heard this morning. I was unable to elicit even a near imaginary het on 1098.
